Lifetime Guarantee

Built for the long haul. We warrant your Mizu stainless-steel bottle and its original Mizu lid against defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

If a manufacturing defect prevents the bottle or lid from working as intended, we will assess the claim and repair or replace the affected part where appropriate.

What is covered

• Manufacturing defects in the stainless-steel bottle body.
• Defective welds, seams or vacuum insulation.
• Manufacturing defects affecting the operation of the original Mizu lid.
• Powder-coat peeling or flaking caused by a manufacturing defect for one year from purchase.

What is not covered

• Normal wear and tear.
• Scratches, fading, dents or powder-coat chipping caused by abrasion, impact or everyday use.
• Damage or breakage caused by dropping, crushing, accidents, misuse or excessive force.
• Damage caused by freezing, microwaving, unsuitable liquids or failure to follow care instructions.
• Dishwasher damage to stainless-steel products.
• Lost components, modifications or damage caused by non-Mizu parts.
• Normal deterioration of replaceable components such as straws, seals and gaskets, unless defective when supplied.
• Cosmetic damage that does not affect safe or normal operation.

Making a claim

The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase may be required. Please use our contact page and include photographs plus a description of the problem. Products purchased from another authorised retailer should generally be returned to the original place of purchase.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. This Lifetime Guarantee is provided in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory consumer rights.

Care and safe use

• Hand-wash stainless-steel containers with warm soapy water and a bottle brush.
• Do not freeze or microwave Mizu containers.
• Use single-wall bottles only with cold liquids.
• Use care with hot liquids in products designed for hot beverages.

Returns & Exchanges

Unused products purchased directly from mizulife.au may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Products must be unused, in original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase.

If an item is incorrect, missing or faulty, please contact us through our contact page with your order number and details. Approved warranty claims may include reasonable return-shipping arrangements.

Items purchased from another retailer should be returned to the original place of purchase.
